On August 1, the company was selected for the Valor Innovação 2023 award as the most innovative in the automotive and large vehicle sector and the tenth most innovative in Brazil. The award ceremony took place in São Paulo and brought together the 25 categories of companies that were assessed.

In its 9th edition, the Valor Innovação Award evaluates the innovation practices of companies operating in various economic activities in Brazil. The award is promoted by Strategy& – PwC’s strategic consultancy – and the newspaper Valor Economico. According to the organization, CNH Industrial led the way for its patents – it was the most patent-filing private company in 2022.
In recent years, CNH Industrial has made significant acquisitions, emphasizing the development of products and solutions in the regions in which it operates. In 2021, it acquired Raven Industries, a North American leader in precision agriculture technology.
