Although Whitehall is certainly one of the pricier properties for sale in the region, it is not the only one. Earlier this year, a property just down the road – 7D Ranch – was listed for $45 million, due to its proximity to the recently-constructed toll road known as the “Aggie Freeway,” indicating its potential for development. The farm, represented by brokerage Hall & Hall – the same company that listed Whitehall three years ago – appears to be no longer on the market.
